What is the best method to get fluid into the motor since it's placed deep in the back of the trunk ?

Hi Larry...I got a trunk light off of Ebay that supposedly will work on a 66 Skylark (see picture) I couldn't get my wife to get inside the trunk (so much for trust) but she did let me out after my screaming and concessions to she could go on a shopping spree. A positional switch would be built...
