Bob Moderator Mar 18, 2024 #5 Agreed, been a long time since I looked at one, but I believe if you take it apart there is a cam and ball deep in it, and the ball is worn and causing it not to stroke far enough or something to that effect... Your "new" motor must be a rebuild or something?
