1952 antenna insulator source?

Does anybody know of a source for the insulator and terminal used for the early 50's antenna? I went to put a new mast in my antenna base today only to find that about 50% of the antenna is missing (including the spring, which explains why mine was broken). The clear tubing for the antenna lead is snipped off with no insulator or anything and I can't find 'em anywhere.
Or, on the other hand, does anybody have a 2-door parts car with these parts and wants to make a few bucks selling 'em to me? I need the parts shaded in red.

I managed to get the parts I needed, as well as an insulator from a 1951 4-door...ha ha which is apparently different from the insulator from a 2-door. I had not realized the diameter of the shafts which attach to the interior knob are much different, as well as the size of the square hole in the roof bracket that the insulator rests in. Anybody got a 2-door parts car? I cannot find one of these anywhere and I just got the radio working.
