Where can a guy get quality performance heads
pistons cranks cams pushrods?

The 364, 401 and 425 Buick used the same basic head casting from 1957-1966. This is all that was available other then the smog heads in the 66 head and a few sets of D port heads. Most performance oriented build ups include some porting by somone that knows the nailhead. Poston has ready to use ported heads, and there are other reputable Buick guys that will port a set like Jim Burek, Steve Magnotty, Greg Gessler and Ed Mosler. Carmen Faso will install a larger 1.94" intake valve, but the valves need to be unshrouded in that case.

There is not much in the way of forged pistons available for the 425. There are some old Veniola and TRW 11:1 compression sets out there if you can find them, but a custom application for your engine can be had from J&E for abour $800. TA performance and Classic Buicks carry 10.25:1 replacement standard and oversize cast pistons at $345-400 a set. Carmen Faso also has a set or two at 716-693-4090.

Cams are available through Comp Cams, TA performance, Kenne Bell, Poston and Classic Buicks. Carmen had a good special grind for my 4-spd application. Most other internal parts are available fron these vendors. Smith Brothers make an ajustable pushrod.

You will need to reuse your crank or find another and have it turned and modified as there are no aftermarket cranks.

Hope that helps.
