The part no is 588624 which was used on '64-65 Special/Skylark and '64-65 Olds F85/Cutlass. Buick calls it a front fender skirt while Olds calls it a filler plate. No one seems to be reproducing these. Several used items appear on eBay etc by searching under Olds.
