Hello. I have a 1973 Centurion with a 350 engine. I've been looking up the VIN and chassis and engine serial numbers but can't find them. Could you please help me by telling me where they are. Thank you

Help locating the VIN and serial numbers for a 1973 Centurion

I already looked for it on the dashboard but I can't find it. Normally they bring it on the driver's door, but this car does not
I don't have a '73 Buick to check, but from what literature I have it should be visible through the windshield on the driver's side. I checked the "Chassis Manual", but it doesn't seem to confirm a location for the VIN.
Has the car been restored, does it look like the dash area at the base of the windshield has been disturbed?
