No Brakes when engine is turned on

I have a 1967 buick skylark, and I used to have no brakes but I've done some work on it and the brakes are working again.... the problem is that I have no brakes when the engine is running... which is kinda important ;) . Does anyone know what might be the problem and how to fix it?

You still have no brakes. The power booster is getting engine vacuum when the car is running, thus the loss of pedal. Check for wetness (brake fluid)at all four wheels, all fittings, and under the master cylinder (feel with your hand), also check the vacuum line to the booster for wetness, the brake fluid could be getting drawn into the intake.
