Super turbine 300 low band adjustment

Is it 4turns or 3 turns ????according to some, there are 3turns on st300and 4turns on the jetway pontiac ??

According to the Buick Chassis Manual, 1966 and 1967, it is 4.

Hi, my low band apply pin and adjuster block are sitting in the pan.

Is it possible to get them back into position with minimal disassembly?
