Windows Removal 1957 Buick

Does anyone have a procedure or suggestion on how to remove the window frames on a 1957 Buick Century 4-door? I removed the door panel but the window itself eludes me...

Here are some pages from the '57 Body Service Manual that describe removal of the rear door window.

Also included is an exploded parts view from the Parts Catalogue for a '55-56 rear door (similar to the '57).
