This is a first generation energy absorbing tilt steering column for full size cars LeSabre, Wildcat and Electra only used for model years 1967 and 1968. 1966 and older are pre energy absorbing I don't know if they can retrofit. 1969 and newer have the ignition key in the column so this can't work on those models.
It's In Excellent functioning and overall condition.
Comes with Buick style shift, turn siginal and Tilt levers.
Turn signal/4 way flasher unit and the neutral safety switch is in place.
Has been brought down to bare metal and epoxy primed ready to be painted to match your interior. I also have a pint of 2 stage urethane paint mixed to match code 697 Red to go with it if interested.
