...and I'd like to start work on it next year. Looking for all kinds of parts.

Also, how do we post new topics in other parts of the forum? I cannot find the "start new topic" button.

In theory, all you should need to do is go here:
http://www.teambuick.com/forums/forum.php
and click on the name of the forum or sub-forum where you want to put your post. A list of the threads in that forum will open. The "Post New Thread" button is at the top of the list on the left side.

However, I have noticed that a few forums like Classified, Buick Garage and Events (there may be others) do not have that button, and I don't know the reason for this. Which forum are you wanting to post in?

What is the name of the forum where you are trying to put that post? I just want to take a look there and see what happened to the "Post New Thread" button.

The "Classifieds" are actually run by a different program than the "Forum". When there, you should find the navigation menu under the main menu at the top of the page.

One thing that sometimes happens is your log in does not follow you to the classifieds, so make sure it looks like you are logged in at the upper right of the page.
