1971 buick GSX

Hey guys, found a real nice buick GSX here but decoding the VIN it shows it was an L6 car? it now has a 455 stage 1,,, looks properly done ... here the VIN 43337IH102222 , what do you guys think?

The 43337 model is a Skylark 2-door Coupe Hardtop. It could be equipped with a 250 L6 or a 350 V8.

A GSX Coupe would be a model 43437.

Here are a couple of pages from the Chassis Service Manual that give the details.

It is a beautiful car! If I had a good Skylark, I would do it that way too! If it is well done, I wouldn't shy away from it. A genuine GSX would cost a fortune and you would probably be afraid to enjoy driving it.
