1971 Skylark 350 - Vapor Emission Hose

I am replacing the fuel sending unit in the fuel tank, and thought it a good idea to replace some of the rubber hoses. One of the hoses is called an 'emission hose' and has an orifice in it according to the shop manual. It is a hose in the line coming from the vapor canister to the standpipe near the fuel tank. It is a 1971 with 350 4bbl. Anyone know if this line is available, or if a regular hose without the orifice can be used? Thanks. Emission Hose.jpg

Use fuel specific line and do not use a "regular line". You can make an orifice with brass stock, using drill and dremel. Another option you could do is similar to the way they size jets in carburetors in which u solder the hole and drill out to size. So just find a serrated pipe connection, solder and drill.
