Riviera Question 63/65

Years ago while stripping the hood of a 65 Riv GS I stripped the air intakes below the windshield and discovered that they were chrome. My ? is this a part of a 65 GS only package along with the body clad on the side or are they all chrome and just been painted over time.

They come that way from the factory.

The real ? is this, are they all chrome from 63/65 are was it only on the Riv GS
