94 Regal Dash Lights

I rarely drive this car at night but when I do, the dash is very dark. The radio, heater and a/c controls especially. Are there small light bulbs in these buttons? Can they be serviced? The lights in the doors (p-windows and locks) are nice and bright.

Are you sure the dimmer knob hasn't been turned down? I know it may be a dumb question, but some people forget that there is a dimmer.
If the switch is set properly, then you should check the fuses next.
 
The dimmer is on high. My Chrysler has minilamps that fit into buttons. I was wondering if the heater and radio on the Buick used the same type of bulbs and how difficult are they to change. On the whole, the dash is not very bright. Maybe this is the nature of beast. Or my eyes are.....
