Conversion kit for drum to disc

Trying to restore a 56 Super and was wondering if there is a conversion kit to change the front drum brakes to disc?
 
Nazgul, Are you interested in keeping the stock front end?

The finned aluminum front drums off a 59 / 60 Buick will fit your 56 front and rear with out modification. at about $100.00 a pair shipping included on e-bay they would be cheap almost stock upgrade. ?
