unsure about factory set -up . Suggestion ; call dealership and see if they have a part for any rear disc components and you'll have your answer. If there are any out there, they're gonna be hard to find and probably cost accordingly. Check w/ Stainless Steel Brakes or Master Power Brakes , Baer, Wildwood, etc., for conversions . They've got em for just about anything. Just be sure to know what type o or f rear end you're running and they can hook you It's still possible to find some Ford (Lincoln) rears w/ discs (8.8 or 9 Inchers )at swap meets or salvage yards, just depends on how much work and money you wanna spend Lotsa luck ....
