Door window adjustments

I have a 67 skylark coupe.
How do you adjust the door windows and the rear quarter windows so there are not air leaks. The drivers side seems too tight and the passenger side is too loose.

first ,what condition are the seals in?? you have to pull the back seat and the side interior panels. there are up and down stops to adjust and a tilt in & out adjustment look close and pay attention and it shouldnt take too long to do.
