Hey guys,
I have a 67 Special, with a '70 455 and a TH 400 (not sure what vintage 400, or if it even matters). It also has a B&M Pro Stick shifter, also not sure if this really matters. The problem is, the tranny wont kick down.... ever. I've tried every single situation where it should, and the d@mn thing never does. I jsut bought the car over x-mass, and have been out of town since then, so when i get back, I'd like to get this fixed. Any suggestions? I am used to working on mopars mainly, so I'm not real sure how the kickdown linkage on the TH 400's work. Like i said, i dont know what to do, so any help would be.. well... helpful. Thanks guys!
