Oil Pressure Gauge

Can anyone tell me where the oil pressure sensor is on my '70 Skylark 350? I'm hooking up a triple gauge and I need to put in the new sensor where the original one is or somewhere equivelant. And also, I need to know what the Redline RPM and the normal operating RPM is. Thanks for you help.

oil pressure sending unit is mounted into the right side of the block, below the exhaust manifold, a couple of inches from the front
of the block.
by the way where did u obtain a sending unit for oil pressure guage ?

i just did a similar instalation to my buick. i removed the oil perssure sensor near the oil pump. the kit i bought required me to install a tube linking the block to the guage bypassing the stock "idiot" light.

I got the sending unit in the triple gauge kit.
