What is the length of the stock 320 pushrod (solid cam)?
I'm looking at the 3/8" titanium tubes that are sold on eBay at 12" lengths. Thinking of using the stock pushrod ends with a titanium tube - how cool would that be?
But I fear that 12" might be just a tad too short?

We used the 4130 moly tube from Aircraft Spruce with the stock tips. Works really well. Let us know how the Titainium works out. How it cuts, etc.

Jyrki........the pushrods I use with the stock lifter are 13.385" (over all) and that is with the head cut quite -a-bit. So I don't think 12 is long enough on that material you re talking about. As you can see from above I have mine made at Smith Brothers. They have been a wealth of information.

Thanks for the info, Dale!
Gerry Duttweiler uses Smith pushrods, too. It's just that I like fabricating things :smash:
