53 Super Vin Decode help

Does anyone know how to decode VIN for a 53 Super? VIN Nuber on title is 47096875. I Cannot find any VIN Number on the Car (Did find what looked to be a Date of Manufacture on one of the Frame Rails) Any help would be appreciated

Pep, the first digit indicates the assembly plant(4=Kansas City).

The other 7 digits are the car serial number.
These numbers ran from year to year and included all Buick series and plants. The first number used at the K.C. plant for 1953 was 6783001.

53 was the last year to use this numbeing method.
