82 Riviera Clock Battery Drainage Problems

[Hawaiian Style Buick]

I have an 82 Buick But whenever I turn the ignition off the Clock on the radio continues tos tay on and I believe it is running my battery down.. I Put in a new battery thinking that The light was suposed to stay on but a few days later my battery was dead again (Thank god for ford F-350's and jumper cables) If Anyone cold tell me how to fix that problem (or tell me the real problem if thats not the one) I would e greatfull. Thanks!

The only fix for that is to remove the radio and send it out for repair. It is an internal radio problem.
