This is from my uncles 69 LeSabre. He wrote a note on the box that said "may be good." (I believe my uncle was a bit of a part-swapper so it may be fine.) It looks to be in pretty good condition after I removed the grease, but I can make no guarantees. (I wouldn't know how the check it anyway.) First come first served.

you heat the element with a hair dryer and it will harden up or lock up. if the element is cold it should spin freely. the design is that the vehicle doesn't need cooling when cold, so it doesn't spin because it isnt locked up. once the engine is hot does need cooling so it locks up.
