1951 Super 263 Engine Color codes

On a 1951 Buick Super 263 engine, is the entire engine blue? What parts should be black? Is the black in the engine area gloss black, flat black or semigloss?

Is the elbow that comes off the water pump to the block blue or black?

Paint black?
1. Fan
2. Generator
3. Air Filter

I am not a judge, but I would do the semi-gloss black.
