1968 Gran Sport Engine Cowl Question

I've asked this question before and got no response so maybe nobody has the answer. I've decoded most of the information on my cowl tag. See my attachment. However, there are numbers right below "Body By Fisher" that I can not find information about. I'm hoping somebody can crack the code. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

if your vehicle was built in the beginning or ending range of the VIN the information could browse to see if in previous or later year manuals. was the vehicle built in the US. See if the numbers correspond to country build.

Car was built in Baltimore during the first week of November per the BAL on the cowl tag and 11A 11= November and A = first week
