2015 LACROSSE FWD Leather Purchase($32726) or lease($289/39months no due at signing)?

I like 2015 LACROSSE's look and contacted some online dealers. autopriceshare dealer provided me two options:

1. Purchase: 2015 LACROSSE FWD Leather Purchase $32726 + 3 years free extended warranty.
2. Lease: 2015 LACROSSE FWD Leather Purchase $289/39months, no due at signing.

I compared with deals shared by others in autopriceshare.com and I know the purchase price is fair. However, I haven't leased a car before and have no ideas about this leasing deal.
Any suggestions will be helpful for me. Thanks

$289 * 39 == $11,271

$32,726 - $11,271 == $21,455

so, do you think that you could resell the LaCrosse in a little more than three years and still get $21,455 out of it? if you can get more by buying and reselling, bad deal. if you get less, good deal.

for reference, i just ran the Kelley Blue Book numbers on a 2012 LaCrosse with all options and ~34k miles and it tells me that the purchase price from a dealer would be $23,000. but the dealer is NOT going to give you that for trade in or resale value.

private sales in Very Good condition are supposedly going for ~$21k.

does this lease have a buyout option or settlement amount at the back end?

what about clauses for 'excessive mileage' or other types of wear? and do you think you're going to be going over the mileage allowance?
