57 or 58 buick washer pump

I am the owner of a 58 Buick special:bana: and my vacuum washer pump does not work. I have all the hoses hooked up and the wiper motor works fine.
When I push the button I get nothing.:shooter:
The question is does anybody have a diagram of these pumps and is there a way to fix it?
