Hi I have a 58 buick special and I have a horn prob. The horn works and when you turn the wheel the horn blows if you turn it back it stops. Well I removed the horn unit from the wheel and it looks like the wire that runs down the shaft is grounding out on the inside of the shaft, is there a way to fix this with out pulling the colum out? If not what is the best way to get the colum out
any help would be greatly appreciated
also if anybody knows what color they used on the dash my looks to be off white.
