Sorry, no the 3742509 is a headlamp molding for '58 to '60 Corvettes.
Buick in '60 used a painted headlamp door 1192684 with individual bezels for each lamp--an 1192682 and an 1192683 were required for each side.
The resemblance is strong. These parts along with the '58 Chevy parking light door and the '57 Cadillac tail light door all seem to be inspired by the engine nacelles of the B-52.
