I have a code of XL stamped on the rear axle tube. I was wondering if anyone would know the ratio. I know its a posi rear. I know I read the codes on the internet somewhere but cant find it now. Thanks for any help.

I must have had a touch of dislexia. Do you specialize in old buick parts. I also have the numbers matching 400 and matching 4 speed but my body and frame are gone. Body could be fixed but only thing left would be the cowl and roof. I may part out dont know yet. Looking at a west coast rust free skylark complete and thinking about dropping the 400 and gs trim in it.
