Body tag id

Hello.
Need help to identify witch of these chassis tags is the original one.
The one with the frame around look genuine tm me and the other one looks homemade.

If anyone know please let me know.

All the ones I have noticed look like the 1949 set, but I have only worked with '51 and newer. The other set is illegible, what year are they. I can understand the serial tag being suspicious because of the way it was stamped, but the body tag appears to be properly stamped and well aged.

it looks like to me that both tags look to be vintage. the tag on the right has the newer rivets you get at the hardware store for general purpose. whoever replaced the rivets just didn't care if they were the correct rivets for this purpose. tag could've been falling off, as i see on the left one they are rusting, and one is missing. like some of the best grease monkey wisdom." cross threads is better than no threads."

Thank you for answer. The chassinumbertag to the right 15123498 looks like it was homemade the one to the left looks moore genuine to me.
