Hey, here's a REAL do-it-yourself project:
I found this site on one of my recent wanderings of the web. This "Alumilite" company makes and sells cold-catalyzing plastics and molding supplies. Thier site also shows a how-to instructions on how you can reproduce a tail light lens with this stuff. If you had to make more than 1, it looks fairly economical.
