trying to decode distributor tab on 62 401 wildcat LeSabre 1110993 Delco Remy 2 A 22, also trying to figure out what the motor has for compression?

IF indeed it is a Wildcat it would have the 401/325HP@4400RPM's & 445ft. lbs. of torque@2800RPM's.
Advertised compression was 10.25-1
In reality it's more like 9.8-1 or less.
We could spend hours discussing this.
I suggest you do a search on this & other boards.

thanks that helps for the engine and that I need to add lead additive to the 91 octane fuel i run, car is a original 41000 mile car, also interested in the tag of the distributor on how it is decoded! also does anyone now where i can buy original or replacement wiper arms for a 62 LeSabre! thanks for the info. just bought the car a month ago.

Lead additive is not required on "NailHeads" because of the high nickel content of the cast iron Buck used.
Only time it WOULD be nec. is under high load condition like towing a trailer OR drag racing.
Look in a Motors Manual & it will give you the breakdown by dist./part number for the year of your car.
Wiper arms or blades???
Blades are easy, any auto parts stores.
Arms are another story.
Will probably have to get used.
Ask for used on the various Buick boards.
This site would be good for that.
E-Bay would be another for NOS, just do a search.
