Fulton Sun Visor

Anyone have any experiences good or bad with I believe they're called a Fulton Sun Visor? Saw a couple in some pictures and they look pretty slick. I've also read about some problems if you're going above 60mph. Anyone know where you can purchase them and if they're worth putting on the car?
 
Back in 49 (I think) Motor Trend tested an Olds 88 with a (Fulton style) outside sun visor. They ran speed tests both with and without the visor. According to what I remember the top speed was about 5 mph LESS with the visor in place; that would seem to translate into quite a bit of wind resistance which would affect both top speed and gas mileage at any highway speed.
