Help! Expansion Plugs?

I'm in the process of rebuilding my 71 Buick 350 and I can't seem to find a source for expansion/freeze plugs. Anybody know where I might find them? All the kits I have found are for Chevy's and they won't fit. I've spent a ton of time searching the net and keep coming up empty. I can't even find individual freeze plugs in the appropriate sizes.

What I'm looking for as best I can measure is
(6) Block plugs 1.5"
(1) Rear Cam Plug 1.915"- 1 29/32"
(2) Oil Galley Plugs 0.575"- 37/64"
(8) Head Plugs 1.125"- 1 1/8"

Would prefer Brass if possible, but at this point steel would work.

Thanks for all your help!

Try searching for Buick 340, that will get rid of all the Chevrolet stuff.

Here they are on Ebay, CLICK HERE
And, check out Rock Auto HERE

Or, use a Buick specialty dealer. Your local parts store should be able to get a set, and if they are wrong, the return is not a problem.

Thanks for the tips. The issue I'm having is that none of them list what size plugs are in the the kits and they don't have the head plugs.

Here are the pages from the 1968 Buick Parts Book showing expansion plugs.

The block plugs are in group 0.034. The GM part no 9427468 is a match for the 1-1/2 size. GM superseded this number with 25513256 and then 24500867.

The 3835577 shows to be 35/64 x 9/32. Later books show diameters of 0.587 and 19/32 for this part no. This one matches your 37/64 as close as possible.

The head plug is in group 0.253. The 1343096 is 1-7/64 x 7/16 which matches your 1-1/8 pretty well. GM superseded this part with a 1-1/8 plug no 25513252 around 12/90.

The camshaft plug is in group 0.553. The part no 1363755 shows to be 48.87 mm in one vendor’s ad. That would match your measurement of 1-29/32.

Examples of the GM part nos come up in searches on eBay, Dorman, and The Buick Farm, etc. Some of these plugs may still be available at GM dealers. At least it is possible to compare plugs from other sources by having the original Buick dimensions.
