Poor gas mileage w/3.8?

Hello, I have a 1994 Buick Lesabre and I've been getting some pretty bad gas mileage. It was recently tuned up and I drive very light footed, but it does have about 110K miles on it. Is there anything I can do to improve the mileage short of an engine rebuild? Thanks for any help.

What do you consider BAD?? Your Buick should pull 19-21 around town and 25-28 on the interstate.
