Rear 10 and 12 bolt disk brake

I recently found a disk brake conversion kit for 10 and 12 bolt, looks pretty good, and fairly priced, not a needed application for me, but someone out there may crave 4 wheel disk.. needless to say heres the link, like i said looks like a pretty good, fair priced and whatnot.
