no. i think there was an experimental engine (http://www.buickperformance.com/Experim.htm)with this set up but buick killed the 'stage' program in the early 70s because of fuel mileage / EPA concerns.
all of the 455's (all of the 430's for that matter) came with 4V Rochester Quadrajets (either 750cfm on the earlier cars or 800cfm on the last two or three years) except for 74 when buick offered a 2V Rochester (model #7044141) as an option on several of the models.
