Hi guys,

I was wondering if anyone could help me out. I'm trying to find out if anyone has used one of the "auto rotisseries" out there on the market like the "auto twirler", "roto 2000", or something else like that. We used one of the recalled "tilt a car" models when we were working on the '56 Estate Wagon, and shipped it back for a full refund when we were done because of the recall on it.

I'd like to hear from anyone who has worked with the newer ones. How easy was it to set up, what kind of weight capacity did it hold, would you recommend it to someone else that is restoring, etc. Even if you have a friend that has one, and you know how they liked it. Any info or thoughts you have on them would be awesome. Heck, even your thoughts on them if you don't own it, but either want one or don't want one for some reason would be helpful.

Thanks,

Zac

-To moderators: I also posted this in restoration, and if you would rather not have two of them, I understand. Just let me know, and either you or I can take it down.

Hey Bob, thanks for replying. What kind of cars have you put on it? Can you get an entire car (body/frame/axles) on it and just remove the drive train & wheels? Just trying to figure out what these things are capable of.
