Dynaflow Identification - unusual ID number??

I have just removed the dynaflow out of my 56 Special and noticed the identification number reads "A089" which is showing to be incorrect for a 56 from what I can see but I cant find any information as to what it came out of. This is stamped into the aluminum plate behind the bell housing on the lower driver side. The part number on the top of the trans is 1342992-4. It has an aluminum bell housing and has cooler lines that run to the radiator (both correct for 56). It has two accumulators with a kickdown linkage that looks appropriate for a 56. The only dynaflow ID information I've found for the letter A is that its from a 1948 roadmaster but thats clearly not the case.
