Will a 350 engine be compatible with a 300 Super Turbine transmission (67 Skylark)

Hi, I have a 1967 Buick Skylark with a 300 c.i. engine, I wanted to know if I can put a 350 engine in it and if it will bolt up to the car's Super Turbine 300 transmission? Thank you.

same trans bolt pattern, yes.

the block is taller deck, so the tops of the valve covers and the exh manifolds are going to sit about 1/2" further out and up. check your clearances, especially around the steering column.

if you're going to swap the engine already, now would be a good time to throw a 200r4 behind the 350 and do everything at once. that'll give you a shorter 1st gear as well as a taller OD gear. better time slips AND better fuel mileage? what's not to like?

I think the ST300 has the BOP transmission bolt pattern so it should bolt to the Buick 350. If you swap in a 200r4 you'll also have to swap in lower rear axle gears so you can run in OD.
